Who do you consider to be an example?

English businessman and great philanthropist Richard Branson.

What do you do to build a better world?

I volunteer in an animal-mediated therapy project. I take my dogs to visit seniors in homes, children in hospitals, sick people in ICUs, and handicapped institutions. I make the link between my love of people and my love of animals.

What is your dark side?

Behind every successful businesswoman there is... a dog! In my case, several dogs I adopt or find on the streets.

As a mystery shopper, what is your greatest dream?

Oh, I am the most demanding shopper ever! I’ve been living and breathing this for 24 years. My greatest dream is to shop online effortlessly, get the product fast, and the right product for that matter!

And what you do not like?

Lack of ethics

My father.

What do you do to build a better world?

I treat others the same way I want them to treat me… Respecting and teaching them to do the same.

What is your dark side?

I practice water and snow extreme sports.

That my job will help change customer service standards.

I love food, but can’t seem to cook without leaving the kitchen a complete mess!
